Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Florida Lakes Spa. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We will send you an email reminder 3 days prior and a text message reminder 2 days prior to your appointment. Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and notify us of any changes. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request that:
72-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations for any service that is provided by our Nurse Practitioners with no charge. No show or notifications given less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to $100.
Why 72 hours? With our advanced aesthetic treatments in such high demand, without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our waiting list.
24-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations for any service that is provided by our aestheticians or technicians with no charge. No show or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to $100.
Sometimes emergencies happen, and we will allow a one-time curtesy last minute cancellation.
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we ask for 24 and 72 hours as mentioned above as a courtesy to other clients who are waiting for an appointment and out of respect for our APRN and aesthetic professional’s time.
Consultations are free and when booking a service, a deposit of $100 will be collected for all services provided by our staff. That $100 deposit will go towards the balance of your service, day of treatment. If you no-show or give less than the 24 or 72 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling, that $100 will be forfeited.
Clients that have consults scheduled, will just have the consult, not the actual procedure for that day and time unless arranged prior to the date.
If requesting a refund of deposit with proper notice; will incur a $20 processing fee.
